All dogs and cats must be under 8 years old, under 80# and reasonably healthy. If your pet falls outside this criteria, please contact us are Beatrice Humane Society and we will see if we can accommodate your pets needs. If you have any health concerns about your pet, we recommend having the spay or neuter done through your local veterinarian. We reserve the right to decline any animals due to age or health all the way up until the time of surgery. 

$110      Owned Cat Spay or Neuter: Includes Rabies vaccine, Feline Distemper Vaccine, Microchip+ microchip registration, and the surgery. Cats can arrive in a normal transport kennel, or small wire crate. For owners without access to a transport kennel or crate please contact our clinic to use a loaner kennel in advance of your appointment. 

$150      Dog Neuter: Includes Rabies vaccine, Distemper Vaccine, Microchip+ microchip registration, go home medications and the surgery. 

$175      Female Dog Spay: Includes Rabies vaccine, Distemper Vaccine, Microchip+ microchip registration, go home medications and the surgery. 

$40        TNVR for trapped feral cats: MUST arrive to our clinic in traps or transfer traps, (no regular kennels) they will receive ear tips for visual identification of altered status, rabies and feline distemper vaccines, microchips and their surgery. 

• Feral cats only receive a brief visual exam prior to anesthesia and no additional handling for staff safety, they are recovered post anesthesia in their trap as well. 
• TVNR is not intended for pet cats who should receive an appropriate exam prior to anesthesia and handling/ appropriate warming and monitoring post op, but rather is the only cost effective way to control outdoor cat overpopulation. 
• Any animal arriving in a travel kennel or anything other than a raccoon sized live trap, will be charged owned cat pricing above due to the increased risk to staff during handling.  

Prices listed above are cash prices. Accepted payment methods accepted are cash and credit card (+3% credit card service fee). 

Our goal is to keep our prices as low as possible for our community. We do that with the 3% service charge on credit cards rather than increasing everyone's costs to offset those fees. 

All surgeries must be paid for at the time of drop-off prior to surgery.
