We are now offering the ability to schedule directly online! When you complete the following form it will send us a appointment verification notice and we will generally respond within 24 hours (or next business day on holidays and weekends confirming the appointment). We will also send you an email to digitally sign the anesthesia contract and pay by credit card to help speed up the drop off and pickup processes on your surgery day! 

Please note the following items before submitting the form: 

Dog Appointments: 

• If your pet has been vaccinated before, please have a copy of those when you proceed. You can upload a photo of those in this appointment scheduler. 3 year rabies vaccines are included at no additional cost as part of every surgery package, but previous records must be provided. 
• Please select a package. All pets will receive the full package unless they already have microchip or proof of vaccines either uploaded to the appointment or proof of vaccines the day of. 
• If your Dog is over 80#, you will not be able to schedule through this online scheduler. You must call us at 402-228-9100 extension 2. There is a over 80# charge that accounts for the additional medications your pet will need. Animals that arrive and are weighed to be over 80# on the day of the surgery will also be charged that fee, AND may be bumped from surgery if we do not have adequate kennel space.

Cat Appointment Information: 

• If you are unsure of gender (especially with TNR's), please select female cat. We can confirm gender the day of surgery before we proceed. 
• If you are unsure of weight, use the following as a guess and we will weigh on the day of surgery: 
  • Kitten <6 months= 4#
  • Teenager 6 month-12 months- 6#
  • Small adult cat- 7#
  • Normal adult cat- 9#
  • Large adult cat- 11#
• Please select a package. All pets will receive the full package unless they already have microchip or proof of vaccines either uploaded to the appointment or proof of vaccines the day of. 
  • The TNR Package ONLY applies to outdoor cats in raccoon sized live release traps. If your pet arrives in a normal carrier, regardless of friendliness, what you selected in the appointment selector, or what you paid through the electronic payment, you will be responsible for the full owned cat spay/neuter package which is $110 before the surgery will be completed.  
• If your pet has been vaccinated before, please have a copy of those when you proceed. You can upload a photo of those in this appointment scheduler. 3 year rabies vaccines are included at no additional cost as part of every surgery package, but previous records must be provided. 

You can change the language of the appointment scheduler program in the upper right hand side of the form. Anesthesia consent form, surgery information and post op care instructions are printed in English only at this time. Please be prepared with a translator for those documents.

All Appointments are at our Spay and Neuter Clinic. The Clinic Address is 200 N. 7th St, Beatrice Ne 68310

Drop off is between 8 and 8:30 am unless otherwise scheduled with an employee.

Pickup is scheduled between 4 and 4:30 unless otherwise scheduled with an employee. There will be a charge for late pickup unless pre-arranged.

Payment is required in advance (digital link sent prior to appointment) at the time of drop-off.

Prices are: $40 for TVNR, $110 for Owned Cats, $150 for Dog Neuters, and $175 for Dog Spays.

Owner must be present at drop-off to sign anesthesia waivers and pay, unless digital contract is signed AND digital payment is sent in advance, Drop off person must be over 18 years old and able to answer basic health questions about the animal (do they have any medical problems, have they been to the vet in the last 30 days- what for, Are they on any medications currently, what med, what dose, and how often). Owner or authorized representative must be accessible by phone prior to surgery and during surgery in case of emergency.
